This bOok dealt with a lot of death. More than what Danielle Steele usually details in a story. Always a great ending!

This was a hard read. It was hard to follow who was who and who was related to who. I had to keep notes of siblings and parents. Then to keep track of the doom and gloom. The doom was always so quick. It was doom and gloom for most of the read.

I have always loved her books but I think this is the best I have ever read! The story of 5 children meeting in kindergarten and their lives and friendship as they grow up to be adults! Wonderful!

I have been a fan of D. Steele for many years, and once again this book was a masterpiece. The suspense always had me wanting more.
