It was a fun read but the plot line was repeated through every chapter. I think it was to show pining on both sides, but I wish the characters felt more genuine and felt like a blend of Gilmore Girls’ Rory meets Anyone But You with Glenn Powell and Sydney Sweeney. Just needed something more but I can’t figure out what! Still a fun book, though.

I’m rating this book 4 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This book was good! If I’m being honest it’s just another simple romance book when theirs a fake dating coach helping out the girl who doesn’t know how to date . Don’t get me wrong I do like faking dating tropes but this book is not spicy at all if you like a simple cute romance books then give this a read, and also I appreciate Sarah Adams giving us a preview of Amelia and Noah in this book with them getting ready for their wedding! Alright let’s get to Annie and Will their relationship were so cute, adorable, and romantic, them falling for each other, then them getting together at the end of the book with them being boyfriend and girlfriend. I love a good small town romance and this one was it! I love the ending I thought it was going to go a completely different direction but it was so good

Very cute, and some laugh out loud lines!

One of the best rom-com’s I’ve read to date! There were pages I cried and laughed all within a paragraph or two. Such smart writing and character development. I thoroughly enjoyed every sentence.

As an introvert, Annie’s situation hits hard at times with how her family treats her. Would definitely read more from this author.

Unlike other body guard romance books, the dynamic between these two characters left much to be desired.

Ugh…sorry I paid for this. Annie character was written as so irritatingly child like. Take a pass on this one.
