What I like about this book is that it covers many lenses you need to become a better businessman and leader, though you will need to navigate your way to deep dive more in each lens from different books, yet it covers what you will need to build on

Couldve been simplified. Wordy, excessive, unnecessary read. Basic principles. After three chapters I had to finish the book to justify a 1 star rating.

I kept getting lost in the author’s self glorification. When i’d approach the cusp of something meaty and good, it world immediately be trumped by yet another anecdote from the author’s life. Like, please, spare me of the details of yet another crying session after introspection, or another plug on the insurance company. Hard pass. Bleh. Save your time.
